This site is operated by the Facilities and Estates division of the Scottish Executive on behalf of the Scottish Ministers. This website is dedicated helping provide a place to advertise public sector property that is for sale in Scotland for a number of Scottish public sector bodies. This site allows them to quickly and efficiently "dispose" of any surplus property and helps potential purchasers find out who is marketing particular properties.

We have an easy to use search function that allows you to choose many different variations on selected properties allowing you to narrow down the searches to include only properties that are suitable to yourself. Each property will have details of the "Marketing Agent", if you want further details on the property or land then you should contact the corresponding agency.
